This school year has held many adventures for many students and we learned a lot of new subjects along the way. This year, many new students enrolled but we know for sure that they don't feel new any more, as the school has embraced each and every one of them like family. We have had school events where we saw all the students coming together as one, and we have also seen heartbreak and love. Most of all, we have seen the UME Eagles stick together through thick and thin. Along the way, we have seen many of our friends leave to new schools, but no matter what we will always remember them as part of our big, happy family. The year 2016-2017 has been a year unlike any other.

 

One student stated that “This school year has been bittersweet,” she said, “I will miss all the seniors, since most of them have been here since the very beginning, but at the same time this has brought everyone more together and had taught them to appreciate one another.”

 

When this school year ends it will take a our seniors but it will never take our memories, the memories that we will always treasure always and forever.
