Week Five

This week, we're focusing on interesting tips that don't really have any other connection besides "life". Many times we learn something that isn't helpful until weeks later. You never know when any of these tips will come in handy!

  • Trying to eat less? Use a smaller plate.  It helps your mind think there’s more food, and it limits what you can pile on your plate.

    Next time you have a bad sore throat, eat a marshmallow.

  • Whenever you get burned, apply toothpaste it soothes the pain and stops the burning.

  • 30 minutes of exercise can make you 10% smarter.

  • Eating Salmon can help your hair grow faster.

  • If you drink more water during the day, your body has less effort to do at night.  This means, you require less sleep to re-energize your body if you're well hydrated.

  • To make sure you leave the house on time in the morning, create a playlist exactly as long as you have to get ready. When the last song plays you’ll hustle up like you never have before.
