Week Ten

Let's face it: food is one of the main highlights of our days.​ Free food is even better! Sometimes it's hard to know what to eat to get energy, improve your mind, or simply something to keep you looking your best! Here are a few foods that might be worth a try!

  1. Brain Foods - Avocados, beets, blueberries, bone broth, broccoli, celery, coconut oil, dark chocolate, egg yolks, extra-virgin olive oil, green leafy veggies, rosemary, salmon, turmeric, and walnuts. These foods improve memory, brain function, and so much more! Click here to find out more.
