New relationships are built every day and it’s an amazing thing, but a dog and a cat, best friends??

 

It’s not an everyday thing where cats and dogs get along but, Los Angeles, resident Becca, begs to differ. Becca owns a Pitbull named Bubba and a small orange kitten named Rue. And the two are basically best friends, always together!

 

Becca said,“ Bubba was obsessed with small kittens, small animals, and cats.”

Because of how Bubba embraced the “ small creatures ”, Becca decided it was time to add another member to the family. Therefore a kitten, named Rue is the new addition to the family.

 

It’s as if the two pets put all their differences aside and chose to connect and build a relationship. Because of this, Bubba was able to take the role of the “dad”, protecting and taking care of the small kitten. An everyday thing the two besties love to do is snuggle, play their own games, and nibble on each other's ears.

 

The owner Becca said “ Bubb’s very gentle His temper is so mellow and so calm- it’s bizarre.I think he was like either a cat in a past life or an old man.” Which makes Bubba a perfect dog to have the capability to show affection to the kitten. It is told that because Bubba’s so calm he is considered the mellow one and Rue is more adventurous, so they say she's the “ wild child”.

 

“ I guess raising Bubba, and seeing his interaction with all these little creatures and all little animals and interspecies friendships, it’s an amazing thing that people just don’t really expect. They can all get along just like, you know, people can, “ Becca said.

 

Until this day Bubba and Rue will continue to be best friends for the years to come.
