“We need better teachers”! Many students say this all over their school complaining that their teachers don't teach right, or that they don't even teach and many other excuses. The reason many of these students sometimes say thing is because they are not passing the class and make it an excuse but it sometimes it's the truth.

However many teachers may have a different way of teaching and so the students are not used to the new way of teaching and therefore many students don't do well in class and start complaining. A student from UME prep said “ I don't really like my algebra teacher because she goes a little fast when she is teaching the problem.” Therefore some teachers may teach differently than past teachers that student have had. However this doesn't just affect the students. The way that it affects the teachers is if the students don't get the way they teach and fail the teachers lose money and can even get fired.

Therefore there is no need for schools to get new better teachers because it's just the way they teach and they all have their own way of teaching. The students all just need to get some use to the way different teachers tech instead of complaining.
